We have a number of programs and talks addressing these themes from a full-blown workshop on the 5 Connecting Competencies to keynotes examining various aspects of this topic. Our flagship offering is based on the Yale Study of behaviors that create connection with co-workers and customers called Connecting with Others. This material is typically shaped to support diversity and inclusion in a positive way without being divisive. We also have content dealing with Generational Differences, Cultural Competency, Inclusive Service, and how to make Inclusive Talent Decisions.
